    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can see on PM's website a subscription for $19 per month, however, when I log into my account and try to change my current subscription, I do not see that option anymore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a way to get the $19/month subscription for my account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please and thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So short of porting number out to new carrier and back in on Newley created PM account with desired plan with new sim and new email is the only way to get the $19 plan unfortunately&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some offers are available to new customers ONLY.&lt;BR /&gt;If you have higher cost plan most likely you will NOT be able to downgrade to cheaper plan and you will not be able to see it on your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems that my only option is to go to a different carrier, and then, maybe, come back to PM if I still want to get that $19 plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Unless some admin can do that for me, I think I will go ahead and change to a different provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you all for your answers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
