How can I be assured that my current $45 plan will change to this $35 Plan offered for Boxing Week deals. I would like to lock this in, to get the $10 savings monthly and also know some how it will be activated as requested by Jan 17th subscription renewal date?

@LesterB Did you see that plan available to you in your account ? And did you confirm change on renewal to that plan ? Keeping those screen shots is always good idea incase something goes south in your renewal day . You should be able to look in your account payment page and it will show the upcoming plan details too

@LesterB Unlike @Handy1 I read this to mean you are on a $45 plan and would like to switch to the Boxing Week $35 plan for 75GB Can-US-Mex? If correct you are out of luck as PM has made it very difficult to downgrade to a cheaper plan. The exception seems to be the $30 plan. If you can see that one, you can change immediately to that (no prorated refunds on your old plan) and then you should see the plan you want and you can schedule it to change at next renewal. Others have reported success with this method.

No. It would not let me get this plan and its savings? Was it only available to new subscribers? I do have an existing plan now but saving $10 per month would keep me with Public.
