New Activation Esim did not activate Iphone XR

I activated a new line and the esim did not activated. I am transferring my old number from Bell

make sure you disable your Bell esim first , or remove the sim card if it is physical

then check SIM Manager and see if PM esim is there. It should set as Primary and also toggled on Turn on this line

if the PM esim is not there, check the Welcome email and scan to install it
