      <title>activation trouble</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I referred a friend. we opened an account, bought a sim card. Paid the subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reason he cannot download the app to complete the activation. I think his android tablet may be too old. I read that I can complete the process for him but cant figure out how to do that. I have the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then after the sim&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;card is activated he can just use the website to manage his account from there&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
