      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ok when my sister tried to set up her new PM acct she took her Rogers sim card out to soon and the transfer was not completed. So now she doesn't know how to cancel her Rogers account and have pm as her carrier. Now we see she hasn't transferred her phone # over.....we need help!!!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
