I want to know if the boxing week deal available to me ? It’s $35 per month and 5G 75GB plus long distance call

check My Account or check the app. Go to the Change Subscription section and see if the $45 plan is there. But not everyone has access to all available plans to change

if the $35 plan is not there, check if the $29 or $30 plan there. You can change to one of those first and then get the $35 plan after

I did that, changed to $30 plan and don’t see the boxing deals thereafter so I cancel the subscription change right away. Is there any other better way to do it

@PaulYuen I think what people are suggesting is to do a "change now" to the $30 plan and then you would hopefully see the $35 because it costs more and can then set that one up with "change on renewal". There are no guarantees it would work and you will forfeit the rest of your current plan and be charged immediately for the $30 plan. You would have to decide if it's worth the risk. This is assuming you did a "change on renewal" for the $30 plan just now, if you did and didn't see the $35 then it didn't work. I'm guessing you did the $30 for "change on renewal" since you were able to cancel it.
