Application Login Error

I am unable to log into my Public Mobile account as I keep receiving a "wrong phone number" error. Additionally, I am not receiving any emails from Public Mobile regarding iMessage. Could you please assist me with resolving these issues?

@Riya2 - Just wondering why you think Public Mobile would send you emails regarding iMessage.

Your login to public mobile should be the email that you used to register, followed by your Password. Are you using the app, or browser to attempt to login? Please share a screenshot of your error message so the group can attempt to resolve your issue.

After login ,it's asking to setup new account with sim card number but I am using this service since 1.5 year.

Do you have a current subscription with PM? Seems like maybe you can’t login and it’s asking you to create an account, so I’m thinking you may not. I recommend reaching out to a CS agent, you can use the link below:

the error you saw just an indication that your login account somehow not linked with your My Account. It is quiet a common problem, but usually it is because people has not login since PM introduced EverSafe login system. Ask Pm support to check

Account has been activated since 1.5 year.auto payment already setup.
