Recently ported my number into PM from freedom but inconsistently my contacts still see my old 672 PM number instead of the 778 number i ported in. It’s been a few days since my number has been ported and I’ve restarted my phone. My PM app displays the 778 number i ported in.

anyone know what’s wrong with my account/number

@MaxallonS I seem to recall someone else having this issue last week and I believe they contacted a support agent to fix it on their end.

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

usually you just need to click Reset network settings and it will be fine

if it is related with text or iMessage , go to iMessage Settings to remove the phone number and you can put it back after reboot.
