    <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not know what the problem is. I want to transfer my old phone number from Koodo to Public Mobile. I reached out to Koodo yesterday &amp;amp; they stated you at Public Mobile have to request the port over. My phone has not worked for at least a week now...not getting any calls or texts&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But if you have Koodo pre paid you need to first select temp PM phone number and then ask support to transfer number for you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to remove the old SIM card from my phone before I could make or receive calls.&amp;nbsp; This step came AFTER my old phone provider had released the number to PM.&amp;nbsp; I'm using an eSIM with PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
