      <description>&lt;P&gt;can you make outgoing calls and does data work?&amp;nbsp; if they both work and just problem with incoming calls, then it is a stuck port.&amp;nbsp; T&lt;SPAN&gt;here is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.&amp;nbsp; I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.&amp;nbsp; Please check and call them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;however, if there is no service at all, then it is a setup problem and you need to ask PM to help by message them here&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
