      <description>&lt;P&gt;I saw your multiple posts about help to activate your phone.&amp;nbsp; I replied but it was gone, tried reply another one and that was gone too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you completedthe subscription process using Public Mobile app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is it just the sim not connected to the network? Or did you&amp;nbsp; reboot your phone or try the sim on another phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or you need PM to help?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Look like you won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so you can just message them&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
