I am trying to refer a friend but the code listed through my account leads to a 404 page and is invalid. Is there any other way to refer a friend. I tried online and through the app.

don't use the link, just get the 6 characters code and give it to your friend

just remind your friend to enter the code on the payment screen. Don't proceed with payment without putting the code in
