Line or call interference while talking

My spouse and I are both on Public phone plan. When I connect with her and vice versa, I always notice a voice in our conversation. Does anyone have experienced this as well and how have you resolved it?

@ITS , that seems unusual. Is the signal strength pretty decent while you are on the call?

@ITS Is it like an echo (acoustic feedback), if so is either of you using speakerphone? Or is it a completely different voice?

@ITS I have seen reports of this a few times before. I don't know what was the fix or outcome.

People have reported listening to entire conversations from someone else while they were in the middle of a conversation 🙄. They call had to hang up.

Not sure what causes it. You can use the chatbot to create a ticket and report to PM. Not sure what/if they can do anything.

you got the problem only when you two call each other?

did you try the sim card in a different phone?
