Go to iMessage Settings and remove the phone number, reboot the phone and enter the number again to re-register&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if Android, go to Google Message, Settings and disable RCS, reboot and reenable RCS after&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;phone and data work?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have an Android, you can Clear data on&amp;nbsp; the app info and try again (but make sure you backup important text before clear data as it will wipe all texts)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
