If you initially took a higher value plan, you likely can't downgrade to the plan you now want. Alternative is to start a new Public Mobile plan with a new sim, a new number and a different email address...you won't have access to your current ph number. You would then be able to select one of the many plans available as a new account. Not a great option, but an option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
