      <description>&lt;P&gt;I rebooted the phone 3 times already. I also set it on Airplane and then off as it is suggested on the internet ... but nothing ... instead of Public Mobile as a network it shows SOS Only&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try this. Dial 611 or log into the phone app and see if your payment went through. Maybe your credit card expired or didn't go through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming you have a physical SIM, is there Anyone in your household you can swap SIMS with to see if it’s a device issue or SIM issue? &amp;nbsp;I had a SIM with a hairline crack that would cut the service in and out at times. Perhaps it’s the same issue. Good luck&lt;/P&gt;</description>
