      <description>&lt;P&gt;you need PM to process the refund&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/506631"&gt;@Jemsley45&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do you mean it "didn't renew to the right subscription"?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had you previously arranged to change plans on the renewal?&amp;nbsp; If so, hopefully you had screenshots of the pending plan change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or is it possible there was a text offer to upgrade the plan that someone replied "YES" to in the past 30 days?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may be able to get a refund of the payment you didn't wish, however that'll depend on what transpired.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
