I noticed there is a 29$ promotion but it is not showing up when I try to change mine

Not ALL plans nor promo plans are available to all customers.

If you do not see it when you log in then you cannot have it.

@BStyba We can only change to plans that are targeted to us in our accounts to change to , if you do t see the $29 MEX plan you may see the $35 but definitely should see the $45 -$55 US /MEX roaming plans . It’s harder to downgrade plans these days without compromise. So you can hallway in upgrade plan price to get different plan

@BStyba yes, unfortunately you can only choose from the plans you see in Your Account upon login on. Most 'promotions ' are stated for new activations only.

Public Mobile doesn't permit you to select a plan that's substantially cheaper cost than your current plan. You can upgrade easily though !!!

Public Mobile does allow plan changes to plans that are price substantially lower for many (but obviously not all) customers. I have a $55 plan and switch to some plans as low as $30.
