      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have paid for my plan but the phone number transfer failed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM requested for account no and mobile phone number and i didnt get any of those. How do i get these info so i can actually use the services i paid?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/505553"&gt;@asadilan22&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;More details would be helpful. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you a new Public mobile customer? &amp;nbsp;Did you try to port over a number from another mobile company? &amp;nbsp;Do you have any service? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are porting from another company, you will need to provide Public mobile your old company's account number, phone number and account holder name. &amp;nbsp;If you can't provide that information, then PM can port your number over. &amp;nbsp;You could get a new temporary number. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S. I will move your post to the main support page for better visibility and more help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You just login to your account and it will be posted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or are you porting into PM? You will get this from your previous carrier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
