I want to confirm the details of my plan as I am travelling. Specifically, the section states I have access to unlimited minutes and messaging in Canada, US, and Mexico. Does this mean I can use my phone to make texts and calls while I am IN Mexico and the US, with no additional fees? Or only that I can use my phone to contact those places within Canada? This means that while in Canada, the United States or Mexico, you can use text, call and use data with your plan with no additional fees.

@Teyah That is correct. No additional fees.

Is this true, because the details in the plan's fine print is that it's only within Canada. I am going to be in the US and am hoping to text/call back to Canada, but it seems that I would be charged extra.

@Teyah Not all the fine print details are applicable to every plan. Your Can/US/Mex plan allows you to make and receive calls and use text messaging and data in all three countries, no additional charges.

Public Mobile is a prepaid service, you can’t get charged unless you buy something (more data, calling etc). This being said while in any of the three countries you are able to text, call and use data.

Attached is a example of a Canada/US/Mexico plan, it states in any of the countries you can text, use data and call.

The fine print is generic for every plan.

if you have a Canada/US/Mexico plan, then you can use your phone in US and Mexico to make and receive calls and text and use data

I can 100% confirm this plan has unlimited calling texting and data while in Canada, the US and Mexico. Granted I never go to Mexico but I do travel to the US often and use this plan like I was at home. There are never any extra fees as this is a prepaid service.

While you're in Mexico and want to call back home to Canada or to the US - 00 + 1 + area code + phone number

While your in the United States and want to call back home to Canada - 1 + area code + phone number
