      <title>Data/Texting working but Calls are not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just recently signed on, for what I had assumed would have been a great service considering the business model, however have run into a massive hurdle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone: Xiaomi Redmi 4X&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Model: MAI132&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to Willmyphonework, the phone in my possesion should be compatiable with the 3g network and partially the 4g network. I have tried every step imagainable to no avail. If someone could help me that would be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My current plan is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;$40&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-2gb&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Unlimited Text&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Unlimited Calling&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What other steps can I take and if it doesn't work, what steps are available?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EDIT:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Interestingly enough, the calls I tried to make are showing on the usage history... What is going on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it does then try taking the sim out and then re inserting it and see if that helps, if not then try contacting a moderator for help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could the problem be that preferred network type is set to 4G/LTE?&amp;nbsp; In order to make calls, the phone needs to drop down to 3G.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
