Wonder as to why PM is not including its $20 3gb data plan in its available plans. If they did I know persons that would grab it without hesitation.

@Immune There’s 1GB for $19 or 6GB for $23 for anyone you know that wants to join PM and use your refferal code try to sell them in that so you can both save $

it is avialable to those with old $15 plan...just not available if you currently have a higher price plan.

I’m happy because CS agent was very helpful and did switch my plan down to the $20 plan. However several persons that I know would jump at the chance to switch from their current provider to PM if this plan was available to them. I know that for only $3 more (only a just $36/year)the $23 plan is also a great plan but I guess it’s a psychological thing.

@Immune So convince your friends to try the 1GB $19 then show them how to get support like you did , good have they upgrade them to the $20 3GB to have em spend more bit like they be asking to downgrade plan price which is harder to do as you now know

Has PM changed their policy and is now once again offering all available plans to existing subscribers?I ask this question because I have just noticed that all plans are now available on my account page . I now have the option if I so choose to go down to even the $19 plan.

Plans showing as available in order as show are - 19-23-25-30-36-45-55-35-40.

PS - My rewards page now has also been credited with 2 points for give back even though I have never received any solutions.

Also noticed that new subscribers are offered 6 plans to choose but --- in my case anyways ---I'm offered a choice of 9 plans. Wonder as to why PM is being so nice to me.

I suggest that if you find a plan that fits your budget / lifestyle...get that plan whilst it's still available. As you've seen...plans have been "evolving" here lately.

I don't anything changed with plan offers for existing customers.

I am on a higher plan price and the lower priced plans are not available in my account.

You are likely on the lower cost plans so more plans are available to you.

For existing customers, PM offers more plans that are usually more expensive then the existing plan. It is a business so PM wants customers to upgrade and pay more.

It just maybe may be because I had disabled the subscribe option . But until I’m positive that Pm will be offering all available plans to all I will not change my subscription.

I have 2 accounts and this one is currently on the $55 100 GB US plan and have 4 lower priced options, but not the $19 one. The lowest is $30.

I'm also keeping an eye on this, because my main phone is son the $19 plan and I'm scared to upgrade in case I can't go back.

Good thinking...once you commit to a higher value plan, it's extremely unlikely you'll be able to downgrade to substantially lower cost plan unless you start a new account.

Hey @hTideGnow - surprised that you ask this question especially since you know quite a bit about PM and have helped countless others solve their plan problems. Ofcourse one can select any new plan made available to them to re subscribe to.
