How do you earn give back points? For which items, how many points do you get?

The levels and points are indicated on the website. But information how many points you get for exactly what is not transparent. If there are pros at doing this, please share.

Hello,

When you don't have enough points to purchase an add-on, can you buy points?

(Like when you have partial points but missing some more points to redeem an add-on?) If not, do you have to wait until you accumulate enough points?

@Alex111R unfortunately st this time you cannot buy points to make up the difference no. Its 15 points for $15 bill ccredit and starts at 5 points to purchase $5 add on data. You'd have to wait until you have the required amounts to redeem.

You have to wait for them to accumulate. There is no way to purchase points directly.

Of course you do have the option to buy add-ons with money at any time without needing to wait for points.

@Alex111R honestly, no one truly know how the formula for how the give back points really work.

Just posts questions, answer the questions asked to the best of your ability. Participate when you can.

You can earn up to 15 points per 30 day cycle. It's extremely difficult though. I've been apart of the community for over a year and I only received 10 points a few times. I'm sitting a 5 points, if I'm lucky. It's a ton of work, effort and time that you might find it not worth it.

Points will be automatically added to your account within the 2nd week of the month for the month prior.

Then when you have accumulated enough points you can redeem from the catalog for add-ons or a bill credit.

Just get involved in helping others on this Community. It is based on how many Bravos you receive and the number of solved solutions you receive. Only members classified as Oracles will receive 20 points/month.

Not really at all. Wish it was that utopia where we can only see one side which portrays in the mainstream.
