You can purchase US Roaming Add-on while the ship is docked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No roaming is offered outside of the USA or Mexico (requires Canada/USA/Mexico plan).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/506115"&gt;@Applecat123&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I've never tried it when travelling at sea but presumably a voip app like Fongo would work using the ship's or other wifi. &amp;nbsp;It would have a different phone number from the Public Mobile service, and I think needs an add-on to get 2FA, but for regular voice calls and texts it's a potential option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
