      <description>&lt;P&gt;check if you see the eSIM is there on the Sim Manager and check if it is active. On iPhone, it needed to be Primary and Turn on this line both set&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if the eSIM not even there, check the Welcome email from&amp;nbsp; and scan the eSIM QR code&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
