      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/505832"&gt;@Ruthellen&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would need to contact customer service agent.&amp;nbsp; However, it will take about 2-3 weeks for a refund on credit card.&amp;nbsp; It is usually easier just to leave the available funds until your next payment date.&amp;nbsp; Ie. you won't need to pay the next payment cycle.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
