I am in Colombia and I need to receive sms messages, what add-on is the best for that? I can see add-ons for US, Mexico, Philippines, and others, but I want to make sure it will work for Colombia.

your PM service will not work in Columbia...only Canada , US and Mexico.

added...there's no plans or add-ons that will work in Columbia. If you have strong wifi or separately purchased data...you could download the free WhatsApp, then you could call/text (for free) whoever else has WhatsApp. Have fam and friends at home download WhatsApp and you're good to go. Data only plans are usually fairly cheap in S American countries.

The add-on you're referring to that mentions the Philippines is a long distance add-on for use IN CANADA only. The only roaming options at Public Mobile are the US and Mexico. Beyond that there is zero service.

If you're needing incoming SMS to receive one-time passwords (OTP) from banks and whatnot, you may want to see if they have a different multifactor authentication option such as email or an authenticator app.
