Referral code problem

Can someone help me it's been 3 months that I've been trying to correct this issue my friends referral code xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx did not register on my account and also not registered on my friends account.

@Emi16 Your friend is the one that needs to contact customer service to see what happened and to try and get it applied well after the fact.

Yes they have sent many messages and still nothing.

@Emi16 Unfortunately there is nothing you can do. Did your friend explain that they forgot to enter the code when they signed up or they did enter it and there is no indication of it? Honestly they should have did it months ago when they didn't receive the $10 credit. As I said, there is nothing you can do about it.

On a different note you should go back and edit out your referral code. Not to allowed to post them here.

@Emi16 I think I misread the post, you entered your friends referral code and it didn't take? If it's been months I think you are out of luck. You should have done something when the $10 didn't show up in your account. The only thing you can do is contact customer service at the link below, see if they can do anything... They have been know to enter a code after the fact but that was always soon after it should have shown up.

It is against PM rules to post s as referral code on this Community so click on the V in circle and edit out.

@computergeek541 They sent me a direct message asking me to fix it for them and I'm not even apart of this thread. I wonder how many others they DM'd.
