As soon as you say yes, you should see their name be removed from the top of your phone and it should go to SOS status. Then, shut down your phone, insert PM SIM and restart phone. Easy peezy. If you didn't get the porting request or missed it, there is a number you can call tomorrow which I can send once confirmed if that didn't happen. I won't waste your time nor mine sending it if that's not the case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
