      <title>Esim to physical change</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I paid for the $29+ tax in Nov 29. During g purchase it showed my phone is esim compatible. So I bought that plan. After downloading the app, during activation it shows esim not compatible. So I bought the physical Sim but whenever I log into my account it directly goes to activation page and I cannot change it . I have been trying to get help for days now. I am without service and missing money and a lot of important calls. Hope someone helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
