All points redemptions need to be done manually and in increments of $15. There isn't any automatic method.

HI @HubieDeee

you need to have 15 points first. Once you have 15 points, go to Rewards site, choose Catalogue and pick $15 bill credit

PM will add the credit to your account within 48 hours and the money will be used towards renewal

@HubieDeee, just adding that if you go look in the rewards catalog there are also other amounts that can be redeemed towards different add-ons like, for example: 5 points for 250 MB (15 days), 10 points for 1 GB Data, 25 points for Unlimited U.S. Talk, Text and 3GB Data Bundle (15 days), and there are lots more but every item must be manually selected
