    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/162890"&gt;@hTideGnow&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Is this something that is available directly through self serve? &amp;nbsp;I had the same situation and after searching and searching I finally found this thread and the link worked perfectly, but I'm super confused that there doesn't seem to be a way to get to this page to make a manual payment directly from the payment tab (despite many help articles saying you can). &amp;nbsp;Just a missing feature that will be added back in some day?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello friends,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My credit card expired and I forgot to update the new one, and just received a text saying my plan did not renew.&amp;nbsp; I updated my new card immediately but my plan does not seem to be reactivated as I cannot make phone calls.&amp;nbsp; The account menu does not show a way for me to make a payment (other than updating the credit card).&amp;nbsp; How do I make a payment so the plan is reactivated?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
