What should I do?

Hello @AribaSaleem

First, dial 611 from your phone and see if your account is paid or inactive. You can also log into the app on your phone or online. That may be a sign why it doesn't work.

If it is paid, I'd suggest going into your network settings and reset your network and reboot after that.

If that doesn't work, take out your SIM card and try it in another phone. Reboot that phone and if it works, it's your phone.
