    <description>&lt;P&gt;try turning off your phone, wait 5 minutes and turn your phone back on. If still not service, then go into settings and see of you have the correct PM settings for your phone type.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your account says Active, you should have service.&lt;BR /&gt;If you have physical SIM, try to remove it and insert it again. Check your SIM in another pone (if possible).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How long you have been PM customer and since when you have this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;no service for 2 days, been with PM for aver 5 years. I have removed sim card a couple times already.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check your app or your account on the website to see if the payment did go through successfully. What phone are you using and are you a new or older customer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure you are in a location where there are Bell/Telus towers as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
