If bank staff 'forgets' to call me when they promise, PM will definitely not do that either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ONLY way to get help/assistance is to post your question/issue here and if it is account related to open a Ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you require contact with live person (not bot nor AI) you will have for different mobile provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
