    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I confirmed that I could receive calls and do calls.&amp;nbsp; I submitted a Ticket and got a reply from Fredy, I am in the process of getting into my account through an email I created when I got my Fido account cancelled.&amp;nbsp; Thank you for helping me this far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deb&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my cell account with Fido one month ago when my husband sent me an email from his Public Mobile account as a referral.&amp;nbsp; I proceeded to cancel my Fido account and get an e-sim with Public Mobile for my number. This worked fabulously.&amp;nbsp; It only took moments, and I was under Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; Carry forward one month, and I tried to login to my account today, and I keep getting my brother's name and then the program asks me to continue to activation of the account?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This does not make sense, so when I looked at my bank statement today, it shows Public Mobile S_V debits $14.56 from my account.&amp;nbsp; This is totally wrong.&amp;nbsp; I need this straightened out.&amp;nbsp; I use my phone for my business, and I need the data I signed up for, which was 6 G, and I have no idea what the plan I was charged for has.&amp;nbsp; I know I am using Public Mobile as it is on my header of the Google Pixel 8 that I got this year.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone please help me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deb&lt;/P&gt;</description>
