      <description>&lt;P&gt;could be 3G problem in your area and your phone not a VoLTE phone whitelisted by PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so, what phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the fact that it does not connect to 3G means there is a 3G network problem in your area.&amp;nbsp; Your phone is not VoLTE compatible with PM, and therefore you are not getting voice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;open ticket with PM first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at the same time, check if your phone has a VoLTE toggle.&amp;nbsp; Maybe on the Connection screen.&amp;nbsp; Enable it and test calls again&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/315263"&gt;@Bagera&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have 2 phones 1 supports volte and one does not and &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are no Xiaomi phones on Public Mobile's VoLTE approved list here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;A title="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte" href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte" target="_self"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even if a phone is VoLTE capable it still won't be able to use it if the carrier doesn't support it on that specific phone model. &amp;nbsp;I checked another carrier and they also have no Xiaomi phones listed as acceptable for VoLTE and there are no Xiaomi phones that are likely to work for voice calls on Rogers/Fido/Chatr after their 3G shutdown in July next year. &amp;nbsp;So if you run into a situation where a 3G network is temporarily or permanently unavailable those phones will not work for voice calls. &amp;nbsp; Ditto for the previously mentioned Redmi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
