I’ve been a long time user of public mobile. Originally 3G only but since paying for 5G what do I need to do to get 5G? I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Any help would be appreciated in advance.

You require a 5G phone. iPhone 12 or newer all have 5G. However, you have to think of things from this perspective. Yes, you're limited to 4G speeds and don't let anyone tell you different. The thing for you is the size of the data bucket. That to me is more important than a 100-150 mbps faster rate.
