US roaming and calling add on

I payed for a US roaming and calling add on. However, I am still unable to call US numbers from Canada. Does this add on only work when I am in the US, or if there some settings I have to change to be able to call US numbers from Canada?

@CanJam the US add-on only works while in the US.

If you want to call the US, you have to buy the long distance plan for $15.

I hope they will credit you back for the incorrect one purchased. Common error done by many.

Make sure you add the area code before when you dial. I'm assuming that you have a North America calling plan.

the US roaming is for you to call US and Canada from US only, not from Canada. You need to buy the US long distance calling

please ask support to refund the wrong add-on so you can go and rebuy the correct US Long Distance addon

Looks like you purchase the wrong Add-on if you are calling from Canada. You need the LD calling and not Roaming (only if you are in the USA). Unused time will be rolled over to the next month.
