    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/504676"&gt;@sully2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If by "&lt;EM&gt;transfer the account to her name and e-mail address&lt;/EM&gt;" you mean ONLY their name and e-mail address, than&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79275"&gt;@softech&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;provides how to do that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you also mean they wish to take ownership of the account entirely, which may mean paying for it, then you may wish to be present when they update their payment card information on the account, such that if your payment card was being used for auto-renewal, you can be assured that it was indeed replaced with theirs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log into the self-serve account, go to the Payments tab, then update the associated payment card there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remember, users can't remove their card, they can only be replaced with another.&amp;nbsp; They can use either a credit card or a debit visa or m/c.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
