Hi I just got a new plan with you guys and it is saying that it's unregistered sim. Wondering how to get my plan to work

you got to download the Public Mobile app to successfully activate your new account.

you need to go to your account and update the sim card number. have you done that?

check My Account's profile page and check if the sim card number there matches the new one, if not, update it

you can also do that on PM app, go to Account page, click Change Your Sim card and check and update the sim number
