You earn 5% of your monthly bill (before taxes) plus the following:

In addition, you will earn additional points by helping others with common issues. Based on the number of Bravos (Likes) you receive. PM has a secret formula they use to work out how points you will get in the second week of each month.

If you scroll down on this Get Help section. There is a leaderboard of all the leaders in this Community. Only members classified as Oracles will receive 20 points and based on your % level…you will receive the additional points in your account.

Once you have 15 points, you can redeem for a $15 credit off your bill next bill.

yes, helping in the community can earn points. Usually answer couple questions in a week can easily get you 1 or 2 points in a month. So, happy helping 🙂
