      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can receive calls and text. Cannot text out and call out. Data appears to be working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarted phone, reset iPhone network settings. Using eSIM, so no SIM card to take out and re-insert.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Left old SIM card in phone the whole time, so did not interrupt porting process. Replied to porting texts within timeframe.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;do you see this often? that leaving the prev carrier's SIM in the phone can cause problems?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it was mostly that the phone case was hard to remove, that's why i left it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;will try this and report back&lt;/P&gt;</description>
