It can take a few hours for the port to be completed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you answer "yes" to your previous carrier port request confirmation text?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to use data?&amp;nbsp; What about incoming texts or voice calls?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
