    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/47265"&gt;@ericouellet&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your phone is carrier-locked then you need to contact the carrier it was purchased from to obtain your unique (IMEI-based) carrier unlock code/codes (NCK, NSCK, SPCK, CCK, CPCK, SIMCK, etc).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM does not sell any phones (and they haven't since around 2012-2013) so they won't even know your unlock codes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your phone is not carrier-locked but your Public Mobile SIM card (along with your PM account, phone number, etc) is access-locked then you need to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;contact the mods&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to get a SIM unlock code (PUK) issued to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
