    <description>&lt;P&gt;you need to check if the esim was installed and set as active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try reboot the phone and reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and check if you can make calls or if data works.&amp;nbsp; If you can make calls and only not recieve incoming calls and text, it is not an esim problem but a stuck port&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also, how long has it been since porting your number? It typically takes 1 to 2 hours to complete and have all services working&lt;/P&gt;</description>
