Changing from esim

Hi, I used to use esim but today I got my physical sim card. I turned off my eSIM and inserted the sim into my iPhone 13 pro and turned it on but it doesn’t work. Do I need to activate it somehow? My second question is, does the sim work on dummy phones like AGM MOBILE?

@shay1942 .you need to log into your account and sim swap the number in profile page can do it on the app too but do it like this on website

SIM SWAPPING profile tabs

If you can’t log into your account for whatever reason ask support to sim swap the number for you

You can also go to the PM app then Account tab>Change Your SIM Card and enter the 19 digit SIM card number.

Sadly it's not that simple of an answer to give. Pretty much MOST phones work on the 3G network. I am confident the AGM flip phone will not be on the approved list. You can turn off the flip phone, insert the SIM card and boot back up. Try making a call. If the AGM flip phone is 4G LTE, while making the call, you will either see LTE stay on there or it will say 3G while making "in the call".

This means the phone WILL work but on a crappy part of the network. Also, you will not be able to use this phone in the US even if you purchase a US addon.
