Does anyone know much about this new plan? Does it mean we can use our phone for free in Mexico ?

hi @Lenacuz yes, you can use voice text and data for free like you are in Canada when you travel US and Mexico

@Lenacuz Yes you use it in all 3 countries to call to and from using talk text and data roaming is built into the plan and no extra cost to you , it’s true snow bird plan

These plans are inclusive. You can use this plan anywhere in the US and Mexico just like you were at home in Canada. My buddy is in Mexico right now using this plan. Amazing picture he's sending. Very jealous as the snow is falling here. When you get this plan, there are NO extra fees or hidden costs. Remember, this is prepaid service. You prepay for what you want.

what phone do you have? Voice might not work well unless you have a VoLTE phone that is whitelisted by PM. But generally, roaming service included in the plan for Mexico and US

they still do have access to 3G networks in Mx...it's just US that has deactivated 3G requiring volte while in US. I guess it will be shut down in Canada too...someday !
