I was on the $45 Canada US plan for the past few months. On the Black Friday sale I switched to the $36 Canada US plan on renewal, which was December 1 renewal. December 1 came around and it correctly changed to the $36 plan and I was charged accordingly. However when I looked at my plan, it says I’m still on the $45 plan and my upcoming bill is $45. I had to switch to the $36 plan on renewal again. Anyone else run into this bug?

Edit : it was an issue with the app. I logged out, deleted the app, downloaded it again and logged in and everything appeared as it should.

The exact same thing happened to me. You don't need to uninstall the app, you can just clear the cache and storage, then open the app again and it should be resolved.

I will also add that before resetting the app, I logged into the web page and could see that it was showing the correct plan subscription, unlike the app. But after clearing cache and storage, the app now shows the correct information.
