Hi,

When I enter my existing SIM from another carrier in order to transfer it to Public Mobile, I receive the error message "Invalid SIM".

Why ??? What is the problem ???

You need to purchase a public mobile Sim in order to switch to public Mobile. You order them on amazon for the fastest delivery or go to some Koodo /Telus stores and they might have some for 10$. If you use a friend refferal code while activating you'll get the 10$ back in a credit on your new account!

@tammylynnann11 Since this exact question is asked three times in succession under two different user names perhaps this is likely spam, but just in case it isn't, the answer is because you need a new Public Mobile sim card. Sim cards are specific to carriers so not interchangeable.

@webster1000 You can't use your previous carrier's sim card at Public Mobile. You need to buy a PM sim, online at Amazon or in a Telus/Koodo store.
